Found something which greatly boosted my Direct3D Framerate. (For those who don't really enjoy repeatly changing the OpenGL Brightness) Its quite an old driver, yet very impressive fps on 1280x960 Resolution. (I've got a Radeon 9600 BTW. )

The guys whos made the last few versionf has just released an updated version. Not much of a difference but if anyone's had corrupt HUD's during it try this out. Some servers cheat protection doesn't like it though

Well this may help when u have NVidia cards if your Drivers are updated enough u shud have in the control panel "Nvidia Control Panel" Once In The Settings Ofc u can tweak your card 90% of the time at standard is balanced if u move the slider to preformance ull notice a huge jump it fps and tbh UT99 is so old now the differnence in Graphic detail is minimaln and really doesnt make a whole lot of differnece

because sometimes your system can be too good for a game. it's not cuz a game runs bad that your pc is outdated or whatever. it might be too new.
what OS you got?
have you tried my 2.3 opengl + settings?
