Yah Ivkkie i'm thinking the same thing, I don't think there is a list of the good ones, you have to either cache allot of different ones
and find some good texture packs, or make your own texture packs.

Quite an improvement since last few maps but still very far until a decent progress.
I enjoyed:
- lifts
- obstacle's originality
- few custom brushes
- atmosphere
- sounds & music

Next time try to follow these tips:
- pick nicer textures :!
- make sure decorations and lights are lined up properly to walls, instead placing them randomly comparing to wall textures
- forget about making mazes
- avoid using flat surfaces ( especially water/slime ), or movers lying exacly on the floor ( they should be placed bit higher / lower, makes better layout then )
- experiment texture's alignment by using diffrent scale's values and pick the best one for direct texture
- beware with glasses as they causes bsp views in your map ( make glass brush at least 2 units smaller in every axis or add a special brush and few blockAlls that will cover whole glass's surface )

If you follow those conclusions your next map will be very nice / decent / smoth / whatever. Razz
Good luck, and thx for your effort nevertheless. Smile
