| OK so heres my review of this
its resoundingly original and masterfully atmospheric in some places, and I was interested to see all the crazy hax you've done with ued being a mapper myself, some of the things worked well, the cameraspots first time round were kinda creepy, and those weird zombies were cool at first.
But this map does not do you justice at all, you've clearly got good mapping skills and a good understanding of basically everything,
but this map has no longevity whatsoever, once Ive played it once, im NEVER going to want to play it again, mainly because the sounds are kinda novelty at first but quickly become tacky and annoying, the obstacles totally suck dude, half the time i cant even figure out what to do, and the other half im doing the signature tiny jumps. I also think the lighting could be so much more dynamic, rather than the trite repetetive dull light hues
I feel REALLY bad slating this map because obviously theres been so much effort gone into it, and I hope you wont put much stock in my opinion 
everyone else seems to like it, but i just hate it sorry, I cant even be bothered to go and cap it on bt1. Having played it for 30 mins, i find myself considerably more angry, and yearning for the nice, simple aesthetics of industrial cheeses. |
