| Not a fan of using existing map conversions to BT and this has not changed my mind. I really didn't like the invisible walls between red and blue side. I also found the map confusing at first, then (cos I used !cp) I found a place where I could walk through the key kickers after touching them once (this was in the small room in the lower central part with 2 buttons near the green teleporter), after that I decided to quit.
What is the point of that large tele in mid that takes you to the roof? That was annoying as I had to suicide but it seemed to have no purpose and the surfaces set to fake backdrop didn't help :s |

| From the basics, CTF maps are very hard to re-modyfication, unlike DM ones. Used map's space as well as I could so you can find obstacles throughout a map - otherwise you all would say " It's almost empty, so rather bad remake man ".
I don't find this map too confusing. Indeed some parts are based on guessing, but once you find whole capture's way it's easy as hell.
Of course I kinda rushed with releasing it, could spend a bit more time. In the fact this map isn't 100% clear, still need very minor fixes. But they aren't big enough to fix them so let's stay -v3 in peace. Laser barriers are a bit poor but not my fault - original map didn't let me to create the sources. Totally disagree with average mapping - I put in Orbital my whole ued's knowledge so I did my best anyway. For all who says " MORE PACKAGES PLZ " ( hi thoti ), I put 5 songs into this map. Reason - all of them suits nice into the map so I used them all.

It's half-true. You are right Raylen, however I spent ages with retexturing it and original map wasn't well-aligned at all ( and wall texture in my own conversion isn't friendly to aligning neither ).

Even if you all hate it I have to say that it's still a bit more original than shoting target once.
Probably it's first remake with own atmosphere / layout so I achieved good job imo.
And finally - fky, I won't help you at those whole 98 maps because it seems like you don't even want to figure them out yourself!
Overally Im not whinning, no. Just some explains for everyone. Thanks ya all for the comments, even if from Raylen or fky.
The final of the finals - still good luck to all who haven't cap it yet, who like rushing and have fun, even if overplayed!!

| good job on the texture. i dont like any of remake that have been done cause of obstacles..
the space of map are too small for bt i guess.
I dont like any of obstacles in this map ( ljs boring, the idee of shoting servreal times is bad, the comment for each sequences,crushers where u must be hitten anyway)
I'll hope u wont be angry with that, and u will help me finish those 98 crazy maps that are waititng for me mouahahah |

| Map's not bad, certainly not for a remake. You used the space of the map the right way. It should be a bit more easy to recognize a button yeah and I dislike the crushers in the map. Apart from that, well done. |

| Well OK. In some respects, I quite like the map. There's a few sections which are bugged or don't look so great; I can see you didn't spend too much time on retexturing it, as they aren't really lined up properly. I'm not a big fan of the "shoot this target twice, and then this one 3 times" idea.
Basically, I think you're rushing these maps a little bit - spend a bit more time, and invent stuff...like...what was that map again...ah yes, Sunset  |

| Well there are 10003409295830698045346450943850943850923 harder delayed-lift jumps over BT scene but ok. I found laser sc too ( ty Dylan for boosting me ).

| I like the new textures! Retexturing was a good idea.
I hate the delayed lift near the end! But maybe it is my fault, because I hate every kind of liftjumps that "wait X seconds on the lift, and then it goes up with lightspeed, so you have to count seconds in your head, and guess the right millisecond to jump". I see no fun in that.

It is true. This map is a "sequence of sequences"! But it is not a big deal, this map is enjoyable.

It is true also. But it is not a big deal also, if you want to rush it, you have to go to BT3-4.
Btw, I found an SC at the end. You can skip the last but one key, and so the "push 3 buttons quickly" obstacle.
Method: you can go through the green laser wall next to the enemy flag (on the left, near the wall)! Then you can grab the flag, and get the last key, and you can go to your flag, and cap (last key is needed).
It is not a big SC, but I think, that green laser wall has a purpose.  |

A few things to concider making your next map..
I find this map very confusing and fastmapped
* A clear visible button texture helps alot
* The Simple sheet barriers between doors & hallways makes it look soo cheap
* Try to come up with some original obstacles. Everytime i see a map these days it's "sequences, sequences, ... sequences"
* Also: you start off with a lift at the spawn, On populated servers it will cause great frustration. (traffic jams in spawn area)
The Low end / average map to me 6/10
Don't get me wrong tho, i'm trying to be constructive |
