| Un cauchemar qui mérite pas mal de training, mais aussi un pur chef d'oeuvre, je devrais en prendre de la graine. Beau boulot ! |

| Map is nice, needs a lot of training to get the correct angles, timings and dodges, specially on both of the dodgewalls, the liftjumps+shots turns "easy" after some training.
I think people will still thank an ez version with recovery zones, i'm not the most indicated to say that but is indeed too hard even at the end of the map. |

| People play your map only to discover it is hard and unforgiving. Shame because you spend hours of hard work into creating a finished product.
I feel only the decoration/atmosphere is different. Im seeing dodgeramps, bouncers and inconsistent timings map after map.
Where if you fail, the outcome is death and being send back to the spawn location. That is really demotivating.
I saw youtube videos about BT-Apocalypto and BT-Reconnected. You have got the mapping skills, no question about that.
If a map looks sh!t but plays awesome I will continue to play, not the other way around.
This is a rage comment, I am aware of that. And you should create maps in the first place for yourself and not for the community.
But it would be a darn shame that your future maps dont get the playtime they deserve. |

| Thank you for your feedback.
I fully understand your point of view on video games and the fact that you want to relax when you play but other players may have a different approach, I'm not going to say that one approach is better or more stupid than the other. The map has been designed as a challenge with many very hard walldodges. I told myself at the end of the construction "but?!! it's a torture this map".
As for the timings of course I can change them if they are too tight, I can also change obstacles that turns out to be bad but for the recovery aspect, unfortunately I will not be able to do anything, all my maps are punitive if you fail an obstacle, that's how I design the BT, or maybe I can't do otherwise?
I'm not an expert on the editor, in fact I don't know very well how to use it, the triggers I use are always the same and there's a huge difference between what I think and what I realize.
I'll see what I can do, know that I'm trying to find a solution to have the right compromise between the difficulty, the slimes zones and the recovery aspect but it's not easy. I already have some ideas in mind but will they work?...
Thanks for comments. |

| I was spectating your new map and I noticed it is long and hard, which is normal for a map with this difficulty.
I told the players: this map would be awesome with recovery. Now it feels hell on earth with death zones everywhere.
I find it demotivating and stressful not being able to redo most obstacles. I understand that is part of the challenge. But when I play videogames, I do not want to feel these kinds of emotions.
You should focus on yourself, what kind of map do you want to create. But you should also think about the players: do they want to play the finished product?!
In my opinion it should be possible to keep the integrity of the map without the punishing (instant death) additions.
I have not played the map so I can not suggest any rating. Thanks again Marceline for your passion towards UT99 & BT. |

| Two things :
- more delay in the hard 7dodges + shoots room please. It is too punishing.
- Golden speak from Viandel " with recovery this map would be awesome " --> SO TRUE |

| Nothing to say about the work you did on the map it's really nice, except the fact that the texture on dodgewall "hides" my crosshair, had to change the color :/ (1st time it happens)
Map being fixed i tested it again this morning, it's at LEAST a 9. First "big obstacle" has been fixed, you must dodge to the first liftjump directly now & shootbehind to LJ, making this obstacle harder than it was,
In the room where you climb with nasty dodges, you can't liftjump to the other lift directly, you have to do 2 more dodges.
Now the hardest room is the one where there's 7 dodges/shoot to do, with extremely tight timing :/ ! Without that room i would agree it's a 6/7.
Died 120 times with cp when retesting it this morning.
Won't even try to cap it for now. |

| cool challenge, definitely not a r10 tho hah, rather a 6 or 7

| The rate will be adjusted regarding the feedback of the cappers (when they will manage to cap it lol).
Since now all the players who tried this map and trained it to the end were agreeing to a D10.
Ofc we knew it wont be highter than a D6 for the Bonkeh
You need perfect aim and very good ability to dodge regarding timings.
Maybe this map will be a D8-D9, we will see soon or later. |
