A couple of times just recently ive saw players say teams when it was 6 v 8 , the player saying teams was on the team with more players so why don't they just change teams themself to balance the teams ?

Yes, thats true, i always change me self if im in team with more ppls, but many ppls ever only cry "teams teams" but they not change self

Hm, sometimes that happens to me  I apologize for that.
But often I´m irritated by those players who join the game and make it even more unfair (i.e. "red 5:6 blue" and after the player joined "5:7") and they won´t switch if you tell ´em to do so.
I don´t understand that at all!

I know this happens and it sucks yeah, but what can you do about it...
For myself I always try to balance teams by swapping to the other team, except than for when I'm 'in the zone' LoooL

Only time I'll say teams twice is to start the balance mutator that medic made. If the teams are 3v2 I'll swap sides when my team gains the lead.

you say?? fact is, that many times teams are uneven and in that team where are more ppls, one Cry TEAM, but not self change !

how many times is a team uneven..
do you think that I'm gonna change teams every time??
I'll be swapping 3 times during one map and confused what color I am for the first 2 minutes 
f.e. It's 5vs7, I'm in team with 7 players, but the team with 5 players has more caps.
I let the balance mutator* decide who has to swap to the team with 5 players.
Most of the times i'll do it that way. For me it is easier.
* How does the Balance Mutator works:
- For Admins & Trustees: 2x 'teams'
- For the other members: a combined total of 4x 'teams' (meaning 4 members can say 'teams' once)

Medic already fixed the balancing problems, everyone can use the balancer to even up the teams themselves (see Summie's post).
Everybody that has been annoyed by uneven teams will just have to accept that not everybody likes even odds and that not everybody plays with F1 held down all the time.
So if you see that the teams are uneven, using the balancer is the most efficient solution.

the lowest ranked person should change to the other team i think ,if im in one team and the others no got any i do shout teams a lot but then get abuse so i don't bother now..my nasty streak is going i think..amazeing what a break from unreal does/....  ,./makes you happy don't it..

Old topic but nevermind...
Admins should be able to move the lowest ranked person to the next team, or get the server to do it automatically.
This has been hapaning to me alot of times by an admin tho when i wasnt lowest, and sometimes when i had the flag!
Should get a warning before someone moves you...

well,i've swapped people to the other teams many times,and to be honest,i don't really check if the person is carrying the flag,i just choose the person who got in last. Last night i did swap someone who carried the flag,and i apologized. What else can we do? I try my best to make it a fair and fun game,but as it has been said so many times before,we are only human,and this is only a game. Relax!

I don't mind you changing the teams, the fairer the better. Didnt mean it to sound mad, sorry
