No Sonja She's crap with her nutritionadvice.
I'm going to the gym 3x a week for 1h.and 15 min. Cardio + weights.. and next to that i'm working with the point system of Weight Watchers... that actually means you can eat anything you want but you shouldn't go over a certain amount of points...
Now.. i don't fill my points only eating snickers but just really healthy food, I'm weighing everything i eat and just take better snacks (fruits, crackers, vegetables etc) + i drink a lot of tea (no sugar) and hardly any soda's (not even light, i just don't like it.)
I first really wanted to loose weight really fast. But now i understand that it's better to slowly loose weight, because then it stays off longer + it's easier to follow your diet

Just remember, fruits have lots of suger, so stick to mostly vegies, or watermelon on the fruit side, and the kcals will be kept to a minimum.
I'm doing the same thing more or less, lots of cucumbers, bell peppers, egg plant, zuccini, ect on a daily basis. I keep away from banannas, apples and pears because of the high fruit sugars. One hot meal a day with meats. Keep away from candies... my biggest problem is the beers ;D 2 beers is like eating a whole bar of chocolate, but I love me beer.

Well done Jenny!
Another great form of exercise is swimming, exercises all muscles at the same time! I swim for 5hrs a week, and gym 2hrs It feels great to do exercise, i love it!
But well done! Great achievement!
