Exercise i a great thing. I remember when i was still training rowing at the internation cups level (european important rowing cheampionships about 1 year ago) my body was a just rock with huge musclers xD

Believe me when i say exercise is a good thing. Keep that in mind when u gym etc. Wink

Lightning Wink were you looking at my boobs again! I'm afraid i have to dissapoint you that it's probably from the flash.
I wouldn't know what else it could be Wink.

Z: A woman is allowed a maximum of 2000 kc a day. I think get at probably 1500/1600 a day which is a healthy amount especially with exercising. You shouldn't eat too little because then your body will start using it's reserves (muscles etc). Ofcourse i'm not eating a kilo apples a day :p just 2/3 pieces a fruit and those instead of candy or cookies. Fruitsugars are ofcourse a lot healthier then other sugars Smile. So i'm eating quite balanced : 25 percent kc from proteines/ 20 percent kc from fats/ 55 percent kc from carbohydrates.

ah congrats jen, looking good and glad youre feeling good too Smile

my goals are going well atm too, im upto almost 98kg with quite low bodyfat, just over 11% which i'm happy with, not sure what that is in BMI. im considering a bodybuilding competition next year 18-21's in april, although really don't know, depending on how i look early next year.

hope everyones getting on well in life, the communities obviously very slow moving right now Smile

Mate chill out, girls like toned not a roidmonkey! I've been gymming it for about a year, I'm 6ft and weigh 75kg and I'm pretty happy now.

Lol, iv been swimming for several years and gymming for nearly 2 years and im about 6 ft tall (5"11 glop glop) and weigh somewhere in the region of 80-85kg, that BMI stuff is rubbish tbh RiK because it says im nearly overweight.. When i have about 11-13% body fat.. muscles glop glop

If you wanna lose weight: Don't eat carbohydrates. Eat proteins.
If you wanna gain muscles: Eat LOADS of proteins and healthy fats and carbohydrates before power exercise. Fibers also come in handy if you eat 8/12 eggs a day like a guy i know does...
If you want to push urself just that lil bit extra, just use an additional supplement. it works.
Get enough sleep each day!

I'm 5,9 weigh 80 kg and i press 90 squeat 130 and deadlift 140. i control my fat mass whenever i want to using the above. When i want 2 gain muscle my bodyfat percentage is about 18/19% at a muscle skeleton mass of 44% (37 = avg). Fat = much f00d = muscle construction supply, Exercise = the
tool that makes the building. When i want 2 lose weight, my bodyfatpercenage decreases 2 12/13% and my muscle skeleton mass goes up 2 49/50%, exercise + less f00d = decreasing fat = painting the building = Showing the muscles. Why im telling you guys this? i don't know, but it's handy :p.

ive been weightwatching too since october/november last year, and ive lost around 9 kgs so far.
I've got around 5-6 kgs left to drop and then im happy.
Keep up the good work sis!
