Because it fixes some server-side issues (exploits, etc.) but introduce client-side problems (UnrealEd stops working, etc.)

Well i have the other version not 451 ,and Unrealed isnt working in this version :p ... lol what could be wrong?  i want to make mappies to just like mandy/rainbow
