serving ut but refusing to send files

Hi

Ive got a really noob question i think..I tried to host a server and the other players couldnt download any files. the error message said i refused to send the file? My firewall is set to allow ut as a server so i don't know why it wont send the files needed to other players.

Any suggestion would be welcome

Try turning firewall off totally.

Also check that the filez are not Read-only or somethin

I once found out that when your harddisk is full and you connect to a server that wants to send a map or something, it tells you "server refused to send blabla". Nonsense but true.

Else you may take a look at UnrealTournament.ini:

[IpDrv.HTTPDownload]
RedirectToURL=
ProxyServerHost=
ProxyServerPort=
UseCompression=False

If you have a "RedirectToURL" set, your clients try to download from there.
Maybe also try "True" for "UseCompression"
