definatly agree with painy here ... if you play 5 good games your more likely to have a higher effi and also you rarely see the top 3 players in the top 20 regulars .. only one really is ET_in_a_UFO but we don't know how long on ctf 
and Medic .. Nice idea about putting the effi rankings to the Insta CTF/DM server  it would get the server mre populated instead of it being quite as usual

I would like that Medic,for example Cita is 1 of the very good CTF and EFF players he should be on top of the CTF rankings no matter how many ours he plays.
But there a lot eff players only play for that (not all of them afcourse),totaly useless for teamwork in CTF they wont cover me or others iff they could .(you no, being on 1 or2 spots almost hole game) 
I have been top 10 on clanbase 1v1 in the past,so i no its not so difficult to raise my EFF if i want,but i cant say i play CTF anymore iff i do that.
CTF should be fun on publics,so ignore the eff on CTF servers is good i think better give more points for cover etc.
But who am i

top 10 on clanbase? when the hoff was that... 2 weeks ago when the ladder had 12 peopel in it? :p 
i think you seriously need to change effi ranking and base it on " a minimum of 500 or 1000 frags if you want to get in the stats " or a minimum of x games " for tje people that don't have alot of fragpower

Hehe no metoch ,it was somwhere at the end of 2000 begin 2001 .Didnt play in the ladder very long(i haded the inactive points) but i made it.
Must admid i had a good ping back then (30)when most people still used cable whit ping around 80
And people like matrix xeper and killer where not active at that moment(leaving some space for me)
After that it only got worser for me,getting to old i supose heheh.

heh i've been once in that top 10. When luxxiz and mos were playing. But tbh i didn't deserve that spot cuz i suck at 1x1. the good old days.I need to make a thread bout it.
