My name's Jonathon Hurt -- I'm a Sociologist from Cambridge University. Ehh... I played UT a few years ago, and decided to pick it up again (don't act surprised -- PhDs own PCs too, you know).
I'm still a little rusty, but I'm getting better... Unreal Tournament's learning curve was never all that steep. However, I haven't much time to play lately, as I have been penning my thesis for my second PhD in Forensic Psychology -- my true love.

So, any advice for a humble newbie?

Ahhh... Welcome to the NuThOuSe, too bad you don't have a PhD in Psycology... it would help you understand why we are the way we are. But you'll get used to our insanical caperings quicker than you can say supercalifragalisticespialadosia!
