can't vote

Aye I'm getting these issues too, not always but seems randomly when I bring up mapvote. It just happened 5 minutes ago when I wanted to change map in BT1, 5:30 PM BST. Map in-play was BT-PushPush.

Just entered BT1 @ 4:30PM (BST) as the game already ended. It's stuck in limbo and I and others can't vote. MapVote won't load up not allowing us to vote and change map. What's up?
Edit: What I mean is the mapvote wont load up the maps.

so at least my original problem of not being to vote is solved now.

I had 2 gigs of ram, but only a pentium 4 single core 1.66 processor.
Now I have 1 gig of ram and a 3 ghz processor and I can vote again. It was my computer not being fast enough to stay connected while the vote screen loaded.

edit:
also I might have had slightly older vid drivers (I did have an old card too) so it might have had to lag and swapspace with my massive 64meg video ram thus not having enough ram/processing power to do it all fast enough.
