@ Anar it could be possible to play on a newnet server then the location no longer matters.

So it only works for weapons / shooting game types? does it not help or improve dodges for players far away? because there is no longer a need for zp instagib because of this but i don't play much anymore so not in the know it all.

I'd love to play against PERN but I have selected option 3.
The last cup that didn't die was the 2on2 cup in Fall 2011. After that we had a nice attempt for another 2v2 HC hence 40% dropped there (my team was in semis after one match...). Same with the 1v1 cup, high drop amount in every league (could have even a few more if we didn't cheated) and most important the cup somehow lost all activity/interest before the play offs even had to start. It got finished somehow with lots of delays. Not going to mention the last 2 teamcups (3v3 & 2v2) as that was just delay, delay, delay and at the end noshows had to be filled in, hence the downtime(s) most likely killed the 2v2 cup and 3v3 in Summer was just a horrible idea since there was always someone on holidays.
I'm up for another one however organizing a BT takes up a lot of time and work which is main reason why I picked option 3. Selecting maps, streams, maybe again writing some reports @ raaf? Takes up a lot of time and when nobody is really interested...
I truly hope those who selected option 1 effectively are going to participate and show up. Too bad there isn't an option to enter your nick once you selected an option. I really want to play once more a bit competitive BT but I honestly believe we should let it rest.

The reason why I asked about the US is because I know the cup would be more active if the US players had proper representation. There's a lot of us who are interested in playing in matches, specifically bc members. But we seem to be the only active american bt clan right now.

We are like 6-9 players interested in playing a new cup since our little first appearance on last cup, if this cup is 1v1 i hope more teammates join, i will tell them and they will vote soon.
