why not asking member a small contribution ? with maybe a trial period to test server, games, pleyrs, maps , ... ?

I am playing at hattrick.org, which offer free game. you can give any contribution to get more "possibilities" to enhance your team, function... it cost around 20.00 eur / year or something like it... it is also a period for 3 month, around 6.00 .. Well , not so expensive, but still expensive for student...
