| Yeah, the external jumps are hard, but bear in mind you can skip the last one. A lot of players find the last fall hard too, the trick is to stay very close to the middle. This way you don't have move much, and you can reach the flag easily.
In terms of rating this, the obstacles aren't very original and textures look quite bad as well, so try to work on that. It also seems like you tried to make this map hard for the sake of it, with the last two rooms. Don't do that!
