The map has quite a few bugs yes (kickersounds, lighting-stuff), but the bouncers/kickers aren't bugged, just tricky I'll give some small tips: To get the flag try running into the kicker from an angle. Once you have the flag jump on the first kicker (don't dodge). At the last kicker hold back a bit.
