Interesting map. Though kinda agree with CN - you ripped DM-Arcane temple and even didn't credit Shane Caudle. :/
I like it however some things makes me pain, like:
- big lift jump room - late lj I know, but it doesn't work always
- room after - too much shoting imo and last 3 shots are hell bugged
- luck dodge in room after
- teleport in wrong dirrection before dodgewall
- fall with shot is too hard ( for me )
- shoting range part is nice, I appreciate telelava, but timings and especially targets are TOO SMALL
- delayed liftjump fffss
- too much running in outsite area and distance between 2 buttons is too long
- small holes near flagroom that you must be very precise to jump in
- some movers without sounds
- bouncers without sounds

Some bugs are minor, some extremely not enjoyable and some are very very small.
As for the other site, I like that:
- you added nice decorations in those ripped Arcane Temple parts
- outsite part looks incredible amazing
- I love room before that amazing zone

Awesome work Irri overally, rly appreciate this map! 6.5/10

Ehm, bit late, but with the permission of the author I don't see any problem? Should credit the original mapper though

Hi Irri, just played this for the first time and I do like it at least to the bit ofter the dodgewall cos thats as far as I got, can't comment on what I haven't seen yet. It reminds me of the early versions of my map Decadence - cos of the lag! The lag spoils it for me and made some rooms really hard to play. I suggest if you want to fix this then try cutting down on the number of timed triggers you use and/or use less pointy objects (spikes). The lag in Decadence was fixed for me by Teleport and these are the only things I noticed that he changed, perhaps you should try it, you may be surprised. failing that PM Teleport and see if he can work his magic on it. I for one won't play the map too often if it lags but if it were to be removed or significantly reduced I'd probably never get bored of playing it...

Man,it's really terrible to see how Irridium's map got 'crushed' now...
Imo that's the reason more and more good mappers quit mapping and on the top of that,whining about such useless things is stupid,give constructive criticizm instead...
Hope to see another map from you Irridium,a lot of ppl still liked it Smile

Stop complaining so much about the maps which are previously used... It allows people to use their imagination to add to maps already known to be successful, and so it's a pretty good idea.
I will admit, I get annoyed when very little effort is done to incorporate BT into the map, because that just looks lazy.
But for the most part, these maps are interesting and fun (especially this one... what is there to whine about??!? 2 rooms!?? Please, chill out.)

I like the way that you used the start of Arcane temple aswell, its a good start, made even better by you.
Many people bitch about taking the start, but i think it is really good, and moreso the fact that you only took the start, and not the entire map. Smile

I think this is a brilliant map, and I didnt get any lag, so no complaints there.
Great use of the ancient package and also the standard decorations.

well, why such a offensive discussion about a bunnytrack-map? just be happy, youve got something new to cap and so some hours of new fun. let the mappers do what they want to (if its not something wrong) and if you dont like the map, well then dont vote it. it all can be so easy. and also i think copying is not as bad as some people write here, why not copy some parts of a succesful map and modify it to bunnytrack? i mean where is the problem (and i mean: THE PROBLEM)?

all this blabla about nothing (and again i mean: NOTHING)!? dont have problems where no problem is...

I copied A tiny piece of map, ( With PERMISSION of the ORIGINAL AUTHOR!)
While you make a complete "new" map, adding nothing but keys on another person's hard work and sweat?

3. It's part of the storyline

I know thats no excuse, but i bet you had permission of eXceptOne to make A BT+ version of Bunnypeak?

In general you're right Lorgic... but I think a lot of people criticise based on what they think the mapper is capable of.
For example, you just can't compare a NuLL map to some of the mappers here, but they may be trying as hard or harder than he is to create a good map.
Less experienced/less talented mappers also need encouragement (and sometimes sympathy Razz) so I'm a bit less harsh on them when I criticise the maps.
I think mostly that good maps get good reception, and vice versa. If you find some of the best maps here (Asylum][, Abydos, Scarab etc) they do get good criticism accordingly Smile

you already did..

the skybox for instance from BT-Memories is from some DOM map

and irri be chill..
some people like to moan if somethings good.. some people moan when somethings bad.
i hope to do the 2nd. But it seems people get more critical to get the map to perfection than on bad maps.
Bad maps get excepted np i even saw some really mediocre/bad map rated 10/10 by some player. it's starting to get ridicolous the way maps get commented in here. Bad should get bad critics good should get good.

I just played it and I am very deceived to see that the design a a complete RIP OFF of map DM-ArcaneTemple.
