Making captures that are made thanks to boost/checkpoint void seems like a good improvement.

One solution to stopping people taking movers would be:

Make the map triple, instead of red and blue, add a gold for the people that want tele. I know this wouldnt be possible, as it would be way too much work going through each map adding a 3rd side, and I guess it would take much more memory/space. But it would be cool lol...

Maybe limit the checkpoint to only one side, so red side is the only colour you can use cp... So if you don't want to be near these teleporters, move over to blue. If you get what I mean.

I still think keep BT2 as training and put this mod on there too...
I completly forgot what you can actually do on BT2... would be nice for me to get back into training BT rather than failing BT Laughing

Im not gonna go on the BT1 server for that so that i don't get constant shit from players that are "good" as per usual *Does evil eyes and the BT Bastards* Razz

Let BT2 as training-server. It's always good to have one. Why don't you make the sniper server to BT-5, i think it's always empty.

Obviously wouldn't work, people won't make triple sided maps. Also, second idea wouldn't work either, can't split a server into two like that... would be no fun.

BT5?? Don't need 5 BT servers, 4 is already a lot and most of the time BT2 is empty already.

What do you think is better? An usually always empty-sniper server or a BT server like BT-1 where will be at least a few players? And it's a better idea then turning the BT-2 in BT-1, a training-server is always good.

PLEASE remove this feature from BT1.. or at least make the caps void. Twice in the last two maps the map ended because a player used checkpoints to get to the flag.. when others were trying to cap normally.

... pretty shortsided argument, it is really possible for new maps to be made in triple for instance, just make it a requirement or at least an feature for mappers to enter such maps, and perhaps it will not fully work. Perhaps it is not really workable, but your statement lacks argumentation.

Sounds very annoying imo, the teleports should go from BT2 and the checkpoints should be on BT2 Smile

Er, ok then, here's some argument for you. If new maps have to be tripled, not only will it increase the work for mappers (some maps can be very difficult to double, let alone triple) but it also increases filesize.
Also, only new maps would have it, so we'd have to deal with the mod (as good as it is) as we are at the moment on any map that hasn't been tripled.

I am getting used to it now though, I can see the benefits of having it on BT1 (more popular for a start), but if it is to be kept on there then I really think the captures need to be void when using checkpoints. If that is sorted, I think it would be alright.

To refer to Scorpz point, i heard that the captures with the checkpoints were void...

Also what he said, i can see too the benefits of having them on BT1 but nevertheless when they are being used, movers etc get taken, frustrating .. but idd the captures should be void !
