all of a sudden I can not download from here anymore

I use firefox with noscript add-on, and I have always not enabled any scripts for this site because I didn't need to. Now I try and download a map and it times out or says it can't be saved an error occurred. I even turned on ALL scripts to see if that was the problem but it was not (with some sites one of the scripts enables download and with all scripts disabled it does not work).

I don't know what to do...I mean I have cache cleaner so now (suddenly) I can vote on the servers again so I can get maps I want to download by voting them and then using cachecleaner to put them in my folders, but if I need a map (usually for some part of it I wanted to know how they did it) and there are people on the server I can't just get on and vote the map to download it. And I can't download here either. Is this just a temporary problem and no one can download or is this a real problem?
