If I can rebuild one of these hundreds of times and have the map actually work, I'll post it today. I really liked the Maverick style (or other maps like that) in which both teams can see each other through most of the map. I DID go BUCKWILD with the warpzones to make it happen, but I think it will play very well.

Currently everything works (as of the last fix) except the last liquid zone (which just now decided to be a problem of course just in time to delay the map even further). I am at 58 zones (possibly 59 if that last liquid isn't counted) so not overzoned. And the 3 sky zones work perfectly and mostly have throughout the entire build.

One really strange problem though...
I am not sure if this will actually be a problem once it is online, but I can't seem to cap. It won't let me get the flags either in dedicated/multiplayer or from "play level" in Ued.
(both sides red and blue are acting this way)

I have never had this problem before so hopefully when the i4games BT mod is implemented, the map will play fine.

Both sides are just a slight bit different, but I don't think it will be too much of a problem. (They are slightly different because I built both sides at the same time instead of doubling)

So wish me LUCK on one of these rebuilds and I'll post to sendspace.

Still 6 hours of rebuilds and one key liquid zone will not work, so maybe a few more days? Not sure, I'll post when it decides to work.

Those flags can be a problem, I know one map that has the same problem which is BT-MeggyXD(brb). I once had it with one of my very first maps (the original liquid factory) and it was because the flag was too close to walls. Perhaps moving around the flags a bit solves the problem.

hmm so it actually is a problem? because I am not sure what to do then. I have them rotated and only the tip is in the wall. I still can't get one vacuum zone water to come back (it used to work but when I finally got the first room liftjumps to work it stopped working). I guess I'll just keep working on things. I could put the flag to grab outside so you could grab it and go through the teleporter, but then the other flag ( you touch the first one to) would probably still not work. I guess if I can get the map to work but the flags don't work maybe I'll need someone's help on the flag part. I'll just post it CTF-BT-Duel-v0 and when the flags work (or if they work online) then -v0 can be removed so it will just be CTF-BT-Duel

At this point the finished map is trash. Nothing works anymore. It killed itself.

I guess I should be used to my maps killing themselves just before release, but this time I have NO idea what to do.

Some waters don't work anymore even though there are waterzoneinfos in the space, and also linking them to another waterzone of the same type doesn't solve the problem. I still have no bsp errors, but much of the liquid areas do not work anymore. I can't do killzones or triggered death, because you are supposed to be able to swim in them.

Also the flags do not work.

It's a pity....this was going to be one of 3 last maps from me before I have a lot of work and school coming up and no time to map. So I guess that's it for a while. I'll keep trying to fix it but at the very most I'll probably get a working map that has broken flags (so probably not cappable).

Oh well maybe I can get Coastal-Temple}{ finished (I just need one last part with the flags) or the (temporarily named) LavaSwim finished.
