hi all,
i was wondering if you guys would agree that i4g should make a teamspeak(TP)-server. i think it would be more fun (and when time comes, more serious). it shoud be good to have one during the i4gleage too i think. of course i'm talking about the iCTF server.
But maybe the admins should agree first.So once the admins of i4g agree to make one i'll add a poll to c if the players really want one. So first the admins should respond to tis message. I think it's hard for them to make one if it's possible. the players sometimes swap to another team which makes it even more difficult.

Teamspeak is a tool clans use to communicate with each other during clanwars. It let's you talk to others by using a headset or just an ordinary microphone. You can get it here at http://www.goteamspeak.com/.
Back to the topic, i4Games has (don't know about it's current status) a TeamSpeak server, which is/was used by the clans that rent(ed) a clanserver at i4Games. Managing the TS server would take some extra managing by Medic and Couille apart from handling the servers every day, so I'm not sure how they think about your idea.
Teams can run their own teamspeak server (the software is pretty easy to set up) so in my opinion people are better off running it for their own team.

If you erver plan to play clan matches, then it would be a good thing to d/l it.
Moxt clans nowdays use teamspeak, which has great advantiges over teamsay, and the binds most people use.

if its meant only for public then its imo pretty useless. In experience i know most cba to join ts when they play some games at public servers. So like usually the public ts channels will be pretty.
And for real wars most clans got their own ts server.

There is an i4Games TS server already. But it's moderated in the main room and the others were for the clans we hosted.
When I have the time I'll upgrade it to use the i4Games membership as login.

So, does that means you guys will take care of that r you mean something else?
bcs if there is one you could give TSserver ip.
btw: i'm not telling you admins what to do and what the best thing is for the players. i'm just saying that it would lots more fun for those who use it. i know that not everyone has TS etc etc but i'm just saying you know  .
PS: does this mean i can add a poll bcs you have a TSserver and are willing to take care of it???

If there's a demand, I can always un-moderate the current TS server and post the IP (which is simply i4games.be btw  ).

If you join it now, you won't be able to talk in the main channel. It is moderated.. you need voice privileges to speak. That's what I meant. Sorry for being obscure.

ow no problemo dude.
but i still don't know if you guys are willing to do something like this? you have accomplished a lot since you started but i think this is something that would complete it even more. Players will feel more and more part of i4g too. hearing the players, making more fun, etc.
maybe you've answered my question already, but i'm stupid and i need a simplistic answer.
