Equality - Don't treat people with high pings any different. Most the time they cant help it!

well, i think it's not a problem if ppl with pings over 170, or e.g. 200 (e.g. as average for 1 minute) get kicked. They wont be able to play properly anyway, so they should search a better server for them - its their problem, not ours - no matter if they are responsible or not for their connection.
Sure, maybe its not their fault that their ping is high - but thats no reason to let them spoil the fun of the others.
There are also ppl who intentionally raise their ping (e.g. starting some weird downloads, or p2p-software) to something like 300-500 ms and go for lagcaps.

Yes but its not really fair idea.
As i said sometimes it happenes without you knowing why, and thos people (if the mod exsisted on servers) would get kicked and they would have no way to fixing it apart from waiting.
I hate things not being equal for everyone, i know that if someone is laggy it isnt fair, yes it gets on my nerves too, But they can't be kicked for it

I think this mod is not needed cuz i got sometimes 1 sec my ping is 50 or something and then 1 sec 180...then ill kicked 2

my ping is always between 20 and 40 so it's fine by me. and like others say if i have a higher ping (150+) i leave the server myself because i don't like playing with lag.
