Alle-me-maggies!!!!! vertel me dan ook wat er verkeerd is aan mijn game-style!!!!! Iedereen zegt nu wel: 'buh you have a wrong game-style bla bla bla, maar wat ik verkeerd doe en hoe ik dat moet verbeteren zeggen ze er niet bij. Zo kan ik toch ook nooit mijn game-style veranderen. Als iemand zegt wat ik nu verkeerd doe en hoe ik dat kan veranderen dan doe ik dan ook heus wel. Maar zoals ik al zei, ik kan nix veranderen als ik niet weet wat ik mis doe.
En Vainkey waarom noem jij mij mister perfect? Iedereen zit over MIJN game-style te zeuren. En als ze mij niet vertellen wat er fout is aan mijn huidige game-style hoe kan ik het dan veranderen en goed doen?
The lame gamer, buh.

first of all talk english or do this in pm.
I call you mr. perfect because you say ( thats why i quoted you) that you think your gamestyle is fine nothing more to do about it. And sorry mate but even i think i can still improve MY gamestyle, you can always learn more, and as some of other players have experienced this community has many experienced players that would like to teach players like yourself what the game is all about.
But for now !
What i want to know for you is:
Do you know what:
- Laming means ( so that also includes baselaming)
- Camping means
- Assing means
You are playing a game called : Capture The flag not'' let me stay in my base and frag the shit out of players so i WONT cap, so i WONT assist, so i WONT play as a teammember''
Thats not what the game is about. Its all about the teamspirit, the teamplay. If camping, laming, assing gives you a kick ! Well that find urself a nice : Sniper, ITDM, DM server !

Normally I’m not the man to judge other players, but since you took up the discussion to judge things, be prepared to get some critics too (as I am at the moment).
You will probably have good moments in your play too, but people easier see the things that irritate them.
The fact that you practice a lot is good, now try to practice in another way …
Force yourself some time not to do a single assrun, not to wait a single second in your own base unless the flag has been already taken. At the beginning it won’t benefit your team, but it will surely benefit you in time, and you will learn in the future to make the right decision of when to stay and when to leave the base.
Some maps have so many respawners in the base, that there arent’t any defenders needed (face, woot, niven, paradise (this is the one where you mostly irritated me in the past), Gauntlet, …)
I don’t want to attack you, just want to help you. If you change your playing style and try to find out using different styles … the one where you get less comment is the best
And maybe I should take more time to spec you, but that’s what admins and trustees are for. I’m just trying to help them a little and improve the i4g community by trying to create maximum output of fun for everyone.
Just try to figure it out yourself.
And when you’re on server and someone says something. Don’t start discussing on the server. Let it be, and talk to him afterwards on irc.
Hope this explains a little bit better how I think.
The fact that you react like this means you care. And that’s very positive. Some ppl don’t even care if their playing style is considered lame. They just keep going on. With you I sense the possibility of improvement. I wouldn’t spend my time replying you if I didn’t think it could make a difference. |

Okay, I try to do what mentor said. Spectating the experienced players to see how they play. Then I'll try to change my game-style in a way that everybody likes. (this ain't gonna be a pice of cake, but I'll do my very best)
I hope everybody is happy with this decision, and that this agruement is over now.

really?
I'd really need some help in iCTF as I'm not as good as I was. That's because I don't have time to play much now, and I found server full everytime, so I was playing BT.
If there is anyone willing to help me a bit on 17th and/or 18th December (week after that weekend also possible), please post it here or pm me.
