The Return of the War Of The Regulars

Time has come to have some War Of The Regulars again. More than 2 years have passed since the first WOTR. But this year, it is striking back strongly with some new possibilities for you to follow the matches.

The matches will be broadcasted thru a UTV server. This will let you all watch the in-game action almost in real-time!
There will be many spectators slots as well.
Furthermore, the matches will be commented on a web radio.

The WOTR will be played on Sunday the 7th of May at 21:30 CET.

However on the previous WOTR trial match i had problems viewing the match. As instructed i downloaded the the UTV mod file but couldn't view the match...i take it that you log into the War Server address?

6on6 iCTF and iTDM.

There's a team of regular CTF players, and a team of regulars DM/TDM players.
The original purpose of this was to determine who were the best players: CTFers or TDMers. But now, we just have fun as it turned out they're all the best. Very Happy

mmmmm war of the regulars or is it fans of irc eg (the in crowd in i4g who uses irc ) ??? who picks the teams ? or is it first there plays . just wondering

on the first war when I played we changed players.
Dunno how it will work now. probably the same. Like you play the first round and then let another player join in the next round etc.. or whatever.
