Vainkey and Myself has decided that we should host Fun Warz untill the league is up. So here we go.

Basically, the Fun wars will be booked with our points, if we do not have any points, we can not book the war server.
If you want to book for us, let us know so that we can make sure things run smoothly.

Funwars are always iCTF and 5v5 or 6v6, depending on how much points we have to rent the War server.

If you want to play, look out for spams on #i4games or look out in #i4g.fw topic.

Funwars are normally on a wednesday, this can change to a different day if neither myself or Vainkey can be around on that day.
The times are normally between 19:00 - 19:30 or 20:00 - 20:30

On the time that is set, all players must make sure they are ready before the half hour.. e.g. If server is booked for 19:00, players have to enter before 19:30.

All maps will be decided by whoever books. If you don't like the map choice, don't moan! Its your choice to play.

Rules are same as i4g rules, unless things are decided to be different, we shall let you know on the day of the war.

By wanting to play in the FunWarz, you must be known to be a good player and must not be a lamer and such.
You must also NOT be currently Banned from i4games and not had a warning on the day.
Its up to The booker, myself and vainkey wether or not a person can play due to our experiances with you. If we decide we say you can not play, you will be banned from the channel automatically to stop any arguments so that we can get on and play.
Please do not start these arguments in #i4games as they are seperate channels and wont help you in further chances.

Teams are sorted between Myself and vainkey, me controling one team, her the other.

You do not win anything in this. War server has stats which you can read upon and that is it. We are about having Fun with FAIR players but still keeping it asif it was a proper war.

Update 15th October

I've decided that on some Fun Wars, Relics will be used aswell.
This will be various and not always be there, but last time people asked about it, so may aswell use that too Smile

Don't forget to join us on Wednesday for the Fun war.
Maps are Cola Wars and 433. Be there for 18:00CET to look for more players and sort teams and stuff out. Server is booked for 19:30CET.

Also, If there are trustee's playing, we do try to balance them out between teams as they can be more skilled than other normal players. Just because one team has 3 trustee's does not mean it is an unfair team balance. We go by Skill not Status!
We also do not choose teams for us to win for ourselves.
If you have a request to be on a particular team, please tell one of us in PM and we shall CONSIDER it when choosing teams.
Once teams are chosen you must not swap teams without our permission.

very nice idea.
I was planning to do something like that myself, so you have my full cooperation.

I can't be there on wednesday, so maybe I can take over another day. Got more than 650 points too, so I've got some booking credits too, which I would gladly sacrifice for the good cause.

If needed, I can cover up for a team captain.

AFAIK, only 1 Spectator is allowed.

Why?

Because with spectators people will spam and talk too much and it dosnt help the players in knowing what the rest of their team is doing.

If you want to watch the match, you can go to the reporter channel which, i think, is #i4Games.UT.WAR1 Smile

These funwars are arranged --> at this point by Dano and Me, this means. Members only have to contribute by playing, not by giving any points. Daniel and I will use our points to rent the servers.

You don't have to ratta. As Vainkey and Dano said: they will book the server on THEIR OWN cost, so you will be able to play in those wars FOR FREE. They pay for it.

Still, donating would be a nice contribution Smile

You need to make sure you have the correct Playtime left on your account also, if you have no points.

The max time we can spend in the server is an hour, hopefully it shouldnt last longer than 40 mins (if 2 maps).

We do also ask to make sure you can play during the full hour before saying yes.
I know that we may have some backups, but that causes much more frustration if you suddenly tell us you cant play for the next map. We won;t always have backup players available, so finding them can be hard.
Please also note that you can be kicked from the game at any time (If a trustee/admin is playing too ofcorse).
We hope that it wont come to this, but I do not want this whole thing to become a nightmare. Flaming is not tolerated at all from me. If you are kicked from the server, you shall also be kicked from the channel to prevent further flaming. Again, please do not bring flames into the main #i4games channel.

Next war is: Wednesday 11th October at 19:00 CET. If you are available please meet in there. We shall look for players and confirmations on the evening. First to tell us gets the place.
