i4g American server

I don't think some east coast usa servers are crap at all. Here's a typical ping for me to an east coast usa server

Ok, considering i don't play as much as i used to i wouldn't mind donating my server to i4g (hybrid bunnytracks) if you guys wanna play with it, i've done enough work to it as-is but if you guys want it you can take it over and change what you want to it for example delete all the maps and add exactly what you have on euro i4games server to keep it clean. It still has about 3 months more into it but if it becomes popular and a fun place to hang out on i'll pay for it maybe every other month but if people donate to it it will be fine. Let me know if you wanna think about it Medic and CN my msn is darkfirez1337@hotmail.com and i'll give you the server info.

Wizzy's server is actually very decent ping for almost all people, you guys should take him up on the offer! I think it'd be fun having the i4g community on an american server. You're the only community with mature people Smile

I would definitely love it if i4g had an american server. My ping is 100+ on bt 1 and the rush servers and it makes it very hard to rush with ping that high for me. I'd be willing to donate $20 or so to help get an american server.

I don't know if they want to considering they haven't replied, they probably don't trust me in some form of way because i guess they have alot of "mutators and mods" they don't want other people to get their hands on. But if they are forwarding that to me i'm not that kinda guy. If i ever gave something out of theirs they can simply get me back because... they will have head access to the server including an account to the company i bought it off of. But i don't really care if you don't want to consider my offer, I was mearly trying to be nice and help i4games out thinking it would be way popular if it had an american server only makes sense.

It's a very nice offer but I think we prefer managing servers we can access physically, at least for the time being.
Also the fact that we are not quite safe with the donations (although it's already a good help, thanks!), so we prefer tying to stabilize the money situation before trying to grow.

If i really "had" to i'll pay for all of it if you would like. It doesn't bother me i have a pretty steady job also i get a real good deal because i was a former customer before the company got bought out. As for the accessing physically part you can do that too considering Medic and you will have ftp, webadmin, and customer service. So basicly there is no loss.

I just mean...the hour of your caps in BT, or the numbers of players @ the server doesnt matter. Maybe for the ping, but for anything else?
