i say make BT2 the low rated maps server - take off the maps rated 6 and above, so the less skilled players can get personal recs on the easier and older maps that arent played on BT1.
then swap one of the less used servers (NW? UT2004?) to use as the training server, with tele, and have less slots on it (6?) as it would only need to be used for actually training on maps.

Bcz sometimes I don't want to play the map who's everyone playing at BT1 and i start playing on a other server.. you know? Or, i want to rush a map i haven't capped on BT1 yet but no1 votes it.. I would try at BT2.. just a idea.
(No egocentric meaning with these things like; "Sometimes "I" don't want to play the map that everyone is playing at BT1.)
Btw. Why cant we spec at BT4? or is that just a server everyone wants to concentrate and don't want specs..?

What is wrong with playing alone on BT3 & BT4 server? Do you need people to see the times you get?

I don't think anyone would expect you to go to BT3, but at the same time you can't necessarily expect to speed cap on BT1. The difference is that BT1 is not designed for speed cappers due to the volume of 'traffic' that may stop you from getting a faster time
and speedcappers on BT1 will steal lifts from other , lesser skilled , people. or cheat their records on certain maps. that's why i always refer to people to go to BT3 when they say " vote that map i want to improve my time ". you can do that on BT3.
Yeah that's right Safe and if I'm after a real good time (like top 5) ill always go to BT3 but for a general decent time like Top20 I can normally do this in 20mins on BT1 but if it was reduced to like 5-10 this would be near impossible (for me) taking into account the other players who can disrupt a run.
@Metoch: For records, BT1 isnt the best place agreed. But if your not after a rec or arent quite good enough but enjoy the map and would like to get better at it and hence a faster time, why would want to go to BT3, uhh? I'd rather be with others on BT1 to chat too, etc Also if someone steals a mover, lift etc....big deal?! If I was a newbie or pretty crap on a map while still learning it, why would I care when a more familiarised player on a good run darts past me onto a lift? It's not like I'd care about my time or anything else at that point
And Niko: What a stupid comment! (Sorry but I don't suffer those who jump 2 conclusions k.) Did I say anything was wrong about BT3. I never mentioned I was after the record!
maybe u can have a donation system were players can donate points to each other like if players have a 1v1 they could play for points make it more interesting just a thought
