These are UTDC screenshots. The blur is due to the heavy JPEG compression (which is very similar to the compression used in videos).

don't you notice something strange with these screenshots ?
Look at the HUD color, it does not correspond to his team color... 
I think someone got his demo and played the demo with demomanager (which contains bug with team colors), used a radar on the demo and took a screen of it

yea but your hud can be any color you want it to be .. just hange it in the settings  .. pink glop glop
although i agree with ray here .. he did really suck at one point and then suddenly starting getting these weirrd kills round corners .. o well .. people cheat and tbh .. i don't really care

i did notice he went from scoring 200 + frags to 300 + almost istantly it took me years to get that far, i must admit i did suspect him, good detective work again metoch you should join the police force

hehe it's not my work tbh. i've been demoreccing him but couldn't proove it. cuz my demo's don't work. i4g :< . thank DCE for this. i just get this screens passed cuz i'm interested alot in cheats and cheaters

You don't need a radar u can see the flag glowing a mile away anyway and through some walls/floors.

FlyorDie Went From Complete Noob to complete owner in like a matter of days for some reason and i always was able to kill him easily but then some strange reason he just went like Unhitable coz im always killed from everywhere also i think a Radar was used also coz in low player numbers he always found you |
I experienced the opposite :p
I once totally got owned by him at brokenlimits (and I sent the demo for investigation to i4g ;p), he had an effi of about 80 as usual
and the day after at 433 he merely had 55 or so ^^
and smelly, look at the shots, it's not for finding your flag...

Judging by the sshots that cheat is some kinda radar, it looks like a 'collision radius' that you see in UED when mapping, possibly of the hit area of that player who's name you see next to it.
I don't play much iCTF nowadays but I hate cheaters and glad he's been caught tbfh.
Is he registered on CB? Pass on his IP to them imo
