glad we got that sorted... |
Thats not what I meant- I meant constant. |
What about the people that do assrun you, but don't succeed in killing you and that ignore other people's comments. I remember some French guys with the same tag, that continously follow you, but almost never hit you...

If people assrun, they will be spoken to wether they killed the person they was assrunning or not. They still had the itention to do so.
Peoples comments will not go unnoticed. I want to do my best to keep things fun and keep things running smoothly without so many problems.

they will be bought into the principals office and punished. failed to turn up could lead to detention, or a possible exclusion, parents will be informed.

Hmm Since when has defending "NOT" been allowed on i4g, and most maps "LAME" defending is the only way to defend |
@ Danoman, I'd say you do contact all other players to decide whether one was laming at defence or midfield. And of course, final decision may be the organiser's.
@ Gav, there are many ways to defend in a non-laming style, if you want to know how? I can show you some at duku, EC, ...
i4g <-> clanbase
No rankings to defend, just for fun.

That is what will happen where possible.

For the Funwars, you do need defenders - It's a war, not just a game. But to promote it to be more fun rather than people saying who will win or cry when they don't, I do need to lay down some rules. Lame Defenders is indeed a hard one to know about. This is why it wont JUST be based on one person saying so.
This is also why teams are picked as fair as we can get them, so it is more fun. Yes, sometimes we fail doing that, but we try our best.
In other news, I know i've said this before but i'll say it again as it didn thappen before - an organized event will be happening soon I will be promoting that as a FUN event too, but that will have people picking their own teams. Also, I am planning a trustee/admin vs Reg's event for sometimes in the future soon (Probably for christmas).

I personally am a defender myself. I cant attack very well, but i can still attack with a force. I don't mind where i play in attack or defence, but mid should be excluded
It would be unfair to the other team. For example on Command-CE3, 2 def left and right, and 1 dm in mid... That would be lame, same on caves, 1 DM up high.
So.. In conclusion Mid --> ban Def --> and Attack -->

- Leaving In-Game: Before starting or even adding up for the funwar, you are all meant to make sure you are available for the full hour. Whilst I know that for some people they can not guarantee they can be online for that full hour, you should still let us know. If you do not let us know, and you leave, it causes hell for everyone else. If the same situation happens again and again, you will not be able to add up in the next game you are available for. PLEASE remember to find out before you play.
|
Totally agree with this rule because it is sooooo frustrating when your in game and someone says: sorry i got to go now, and leaves. it pauses the game and while we try our best to find a replacement, it makes others get pissed off and leave too. so there again more replacements and/or the war is ended. kinda crappy if people wanna add up and play.

Saturday? It's hard to get people for that. People go out, socialize and so on. But on the other hand, there are also not much clanwars played, so give it a shot.
Sunday would be better imo. But I can't look in your agenda, so you decide what's best for you, mate.
