Cascada vs Clubland Hardcore... Who will win?

This has been a major talk with a few people recently..

With both Cascada's new album, "Perfect Day" and "Clubland X-treme Hardcore 4" both out on the same day, 3rd december, it looks to be an interesting month...

Clubland X-treme Hardcore series have charted high since its first release gettin to the number one spot at least twice. Looking at the tracklist of this one and the silence of new Hardcore music in 2007, this looks to be one of the best yet!

Cascada topped the chart in the UK hitting straight to Number 2 with their first album, "Everytime We Touch". Cascada mainly do covers of other tracks, pumping them up and giving them the cascada sound that has been generated in the past 2 years mainstream. After charting so high first time round and With their music being so high demanded by all ages - They might just do it again!

What could happen though, is one will chart high one week, then swap the other week - Depending on which way the sales go in the first week.

Also with 2 major distribution companies, On being Resist Music who sorts out the Bonkers and Hardcore Heaven series, we can see alot more sales of CLXH4 from people having to get their hardcore from there.

I say, CLXH4 will win...

i'd probably have to say cascada, due to their popularity atm, even to a casual listener. i'm not really into hardcore music much, but i've heard of clubland hardcore, i'm sure a lot of others haven't.

According to someone I talk to at AATW, it got to number 1 in week2.
I'll get this double checked.

If not, then CLXH4 seems more promising to win this battle Wink

I can definatly confirm position second position in fifth week it didnt reach number 1 at anytime Check on wikipedia

lol @ wikipedia being presented as a liable source. anyone can edit that. my friend in school edited that i was a local UFC champion under 'portsmouth' and that one of our asian friends was curry chef of the year 2004. 3-4 days later it was still there.

Listening to Cascada's album now...
CLXH4 is going to win.

Unfortunatly I didnt receive that today as I was meant to so I'll be getting it on Monday (Release day)
